Here are a collection of things that we’re crazy about here at It’s Not Hou and basically couldn’t live without this February. Check ’em out because you’re missing out.
Flower Market at Whole Foods

Insane amount of flowers. Very reasonably priced. Lots of fun varieties, outside of the boring carnations and roses at other grocery stores. Get yourself a dozen exotic beauties for under $7. Galentine’s day is just around the corner.
Scandal

Red Wine + Popcorn + Olivia Pope. Yes. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, block out a weekend for some quality Netflicks time and catch up with the most badass lawyer in Washington. The spring season is two episodes in. You still have time to catch up. #TGIT
Favor Houston App

The uber app of food. You can get your favorite dishes delivered to you. FROM ANYWHERE. Dangerous? Yes. But this app is the bomb dot com. It’s small right now. But services growing by the day. Looking forward to getting Niko Nikos delivered. And Paulis Italian. Currently loving that Torchi’s Tacos is on it. I could get used to this.
HEB Juices

For that detox post-weekend/Scandal/Bachelor, HEB has some bomb freshly squeezed juices waiting for you in the produce department. Personal fav: Apple lemon ginger. Also Blood Orange, and the Green One.
The Broadsheet

Summaries of news made by the world’s most influential women written by Fortune’s Caroline Fairchild. Arrives in your inbox every morning. Unique take on the morning news. Sign up for it here. It’s totally worth it.
Brussels Sprouts

Very trendy food right now It’s popping up every where: topping mac and cheese at Eatsie Boys, fried at Three Forks, and covered with lemon chili at Uchi. Bonus: it’s healthy.
Reusable Cups at Starbucks

Everything tastes better when it’s free. Or well cheaper. So we’re all about the 10 cent discount at Starbucks when you bring in a reusable cup. Caffeine has never tasted so socially responsible.
